NNU Jazz Festival Concert

Join us for the culminating performance of the Northwest Nazarene University Jazz Festival. This exciting evening will feature the NNU Jazz Band performing alongside the Boise Modern Jazz Orchestra in a celebration of big band jazz.

The concert concludes NNU’s annual two-day jazz festival, which brings together student musicians from more than 20 schools across the Treasure Valley. Throughout the festival, students participate in clinics and performances with professional jazz artists, making this concert a special opportunity for the community to experience the results of this collaboration.

Guest clinicians and featured soloists include:

• Eric Richards – trombone and composer

• Gary Gemberling – trumpet

• Ben Nichols – saxophone and composer

Enjoy a dynamic program of classic jazz favorites, contemporary selections, and vibrant improvisation performed by outstanding musicians.
